You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By using LocationFinder.online, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is true and accurate.

3. User Responsibilities
  • You agree to use LocationFinder.online only with the individual whose location you request.
  • You must not use this service for any unlawful, abusive, or harassing activity.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the phone number and message sent.
  • Misuse of our platform may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.
4. Consent-Based Tracking

Tracking only occurs after the recipient clicks the link and grants location permission via their device’s browser. LocationFinder.online does not collect or store any location data without explicit user.
Each consent is valid for one-time use only - continuous or real-time tracking is not performed.

5. Account and Subscription

Users must create an account during checkout using a valid email address.

  • Trial Period: A one-time trial may be offered (e.g., £0.95 for 24 hours).
  • Subscription Renewal: After the trial, subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the service, completed transactions are generally non-refundable unless legally required.
6. Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
LocationFinder.online does not store credit card details.
You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and valid payment information at the time of billing.
